OK but not the best

Easy to book, cheep and reaileble.

The website doesn't allow you to change anything into your existing booking. You have to ring the local provider to get it done. I think the website needs to be improved.

Fantastic service...cheapest around, lots of emails to confirm (removes worries they wont turn up), driver arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it at all!

Hour late, not good customer service

On our journey from the airport to our hotel our driver did not turn up and we had no way to get to our hotel due to our flight being delayed even though we was reassured by Hoppa that they would track our flight and sort our transfers accordingly. This meant that we was left to get a taxi from the airport to our hotel costing us €60! On our return journey our transfer was an hour late making us have little time to get through security at the airport.

1st journey was easy to book but when I wanted to book more journeys it became difficult as destinations & pick up points were not recognised. ended up having to go to web-site & request a response which I'm still waiting for

When I clicked on the accommodation - Sun Beach Apts Santa Ponso, the correct address came up but when the confirmation came through the address was different. I tried to alter the address but was instructed to cancel and then re-book. The cancellation cost me £38 - I consider this wrong as its the website that made the mistake.
